Wren also has several key employees with substantial experience in civil, electrical, and tower/RF installations.

At Wren construction we take training and safety seriously. Wren’s employees have current OSHA10 training, and several have OSHA30 training certifications. All employees are current with CPR/First Aid, Bloodborn Pathogens, and HazCom certifications.

All of our climbers attend a yearly climbing/tower rescue certification course. Most employees are certified on crane rigging and signalman, fork lifts, man lifts, and scissor lifts. All employees also attend an RF Awareness certification class.

Weekly crew safety meetings are conducted, and project JSA(s) are required for every project. Daily site assessments are required for all crews actively working on towers.
