About Us

Since our introduction in 1999, Wren Construction has provided superior service to the wireless telecommunications industry. We have established a strong and loyal following among our customer base of carriers, tower operators/lessors, utility companies, and municipalities. We have a General Contractor License.

In 2012 Wren joined forces with WS Consulting & Construction, giving Wren further efficiencies, strategies, and diversities that allow us to better serve our customers. WS Consulting & Construction was originally founded by Paul Winch and David Schnebele in 2007.

Combined, our three owners – Dan Hagy, David Schnebele, and Paul Winch have over 50 years of telecommunication construction experience. As each owner brings a unique area of expertise to the table, our team is able to offer our customers a quality and efficient construction experience.

Wren’s loyal and long term employees make it one of the premier companies in the industry and our employee training is extensive, especially on safety. Wren also has several key employees with substantial experience in civil, electrical, and tower/RF installations.

At Wren construction we take training and safety seriously. Wren’s employees have current OSHA10 training, and several have OSHA30 training certifications. All employees are current with CPR/First Aid, Bloodborn Pathogens, and HazCom certifications.

All of our climbers attend a yearly climbing/tower rescue certification course. Most employees are certified on crane rigging and signalman, fork lifts, man lifts, and scissor lifts. All employees also attend an RF Awareness certification class.

Weekly crew safety meetings are conducted, and project JSA(s) are required for every project. Daily site assessments are required for all crews actively working on towers. Crews also inspect safety harness equipment daily and a bi-annual inspection by the tower superintendent is required.
